Today I started off the week with a bottle of tequila, and lots of sweet ingredients. My job was to whip up some cupcakes suitable for a mexican dinner. What a perfect end to any fiesta...Gourmet Strawberry Margarita cupcakes. Indeed they were infused with a lil' Jose and fresh lime juice. Then stuffed with strawberry cream cheese filling & piled high with Lime buttercream frosting. I even made a batch of bon bons. Come get some today before they are all gone!
